Q: How long will it take for my clothes to get back?
A: Your order will be available two days after you drop them off to us. This does not include bulky items like comforters/blankets, shoes and other specialty items.
Q: What types of clothes do you clean / not clean?
A: We clean and launder all almost all types of clothes requiring washing and dry cleaning. This includes leather and suede items which require a 10 to 15-day turnaround for special processing.
Q: Can I have my items back the same day?
A: No, because all pickups and deliveries happen in the early evening between 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm. All items will be returned next day during this timeframe.
Q: Largest/smallest amount?
A: All laundry has a $15.00 minimum (7 lbs.) to use the service, and there is no maximum.
Q: What is the minimum price to pay per order?
A: $15 for laundry, no minimum on dry cleaning.
Q: What type of detergent is used?
A: We use “All” brand laundry detergent and “Downy” fabric softener. 100% biodegradable and fragrance-free (hypoallergenic) detergents are also available upon request.
Q: Do you use dryer sheets?
A: Yes, dryer sheets are used.
Q: Do you fold the clothes, or put them on a hanger?
A: All fluff and fold (laundry) items are folded. Dry clean items are hung on hangers.
Q: If you guys mess up on your part, would I get the reimbursement and if so, what form?
A: Our insurance limits liability to 10 times the cost of dry cleaning or laundering the item. We cannot be responsible for poor workmanship of garments by the manufacturer or issues outside of our control. We are professionals and take care in protecting your garments.
Q: Where do you process the garments?
A: We have plant facilities in both Santa Monica and Highland Park, California.
Q: If I drop my clothes off, can I get them get them delivered at another location?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you clean shoes?
A: Yes, we perform shoe cleaning as well as full repair services.
